ISSN and RNI: A Tale of two numbers

The National Science Library assigns the ISSN (International Standards Serial Number) to periodicals/serials published from India. The RNI registration number assigned by the Registrar of Newspapers in India is another number that is important for print periodicals published in India. The National Science Library is organizing the progrmme “ISSN & RNI: A tale of two numbers” on 16th March 2015 (Monday).
