Dr. Satishkumar S. Hosamani, Director of Public Libraries, Government of Karnataka will be Chief Guest. Prof. M. G. Krishnan, Vice-Chancellor, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore will be the Guest of Honor and will release the annual publication 'MyLISA News'. Prizes and mementos will be given to the winners of the MyLISA essay competition and the successful candidates in UGC-NET/KSET exams who attended MyLISA OPENS.
