FW:Raja is no more- sad demise of Rajashekar
Outpouring of grief and tributes from the international community .... -----Original Message----- From: Jean-Claude Guédon [mailto:jean.claude.guedon@umontreal.ca] Sent: 08 June 2005 20:30 To: Shalini R Urs Subject: Re: Raja is no more- sad demise of Rajashkar Dear Shalini, Many thanks for taking the time to inform me about Raja's tragic death. I have known this for a couple of days now and I have felt totally devastated since. He was such a warm, gentle, yet energetic man and his values sounded so right. When I spoke in front of his students and colleagues, he offered me a lovely elephant sculpture. When I heard about his death, all I could think of doing was to touch this elephant, as if I wanted to find a way to get in touch with him one last time. Life is so, so very fragile, Shalini. And death can be so absurd and unjust for some worthy individuals. Very warmly, Jean-Claude Le mercredi 08 juin 2005 à 20:13 +0530, Shalini R Urs a écrit :
