Electronic information management - Web content management. 5. Knowledge management and knowledge balance sheet. 6. Quantitative and qualitative indicators - components - Dimensions - Applications - Risks in working with indicators - Developing suitable indicators. 7. Quality tests : Reliability, Feasibility and Utility in decision making. Call for Papers Participant are invited to contribute papers for presentation on the above theme and related aspects.
