Dear Mangesh, With reference to your query and below mail, i would like to add my part that we are using a corporate credit card which is provided by the company. You can use this card for purchasing Books/Reference Articles, etc. and for subscribing/renewing Periodicals. Company will bear all service charges/annual membership fee or renewal fee. You should check with your company whether they have corporate credit card or not. There are eligibility criteria for getting a corporate credit card which you have refer with your company account people. In an emergency, you can also use your credit card/debit card for the same. Dear Mangesh, In my organisation, we have arranged for credit cards which may be used for official purchases. Few prefer to use them, few make purchases and get the amount reimbursed. All the purchases require to be sanctioned in advance. Ideally, the amount should be cleared before the next billing.  Few institutes have  a policy where they provide cell phones/credit cards to its staff or reimburse a part of the bill.
