Dear colleague Kindly let me the know the Phd/ M Phil increments procedure for the Assistant Librarian, Asstt Librarian (Sr Scale) who awarded Phd /M Phil degree during the period 2006 to 2009. If a person registered himself/herself for Phd as per UGC regulation he/she will get the Phd in 2011-12. But who already awarded Phd/M Phill up to 2009 and who are already registered (before 2009 regulation) and already in service. They will get non-compounded increments or not. Thanking you.
