Dear All, We are sending a lot of alert messages through Koha/ILMS like book renewal, hold, overdue, etc. So i feel we must take initiative to send birthday wished to library patrons through these ILMS. As we are getting email/sms alerts on our birthday from various bussiness organizations like Bank etc. which make us happy because its personal kind of service on special day. I hope many libraries may be using thise and provide their feedback here.
