Dear All, During my service to the LIS community i observed some people do not wish to acknowledge your help and observed the following reasons: 1. They wanted to get help but prove themselves in their parent organizations and community. 2. They are actually not devoted for the work for which they want help. 3. They are not authorized to acknowledge in written or not interested to approach the authority because of fear that they will be underestimated, their may be some other reasons also. Please note our country need help to become developed so your reference may direct the persons at right source of help and it will save lot of time including yours, strong technical/professional capability will developed among the peoples as well as your strong image will be also build among all.
