Hi Case studies are copyrighted hence circulating or redistributing them is violation of copyright. So I suggest you to buy them from http://harvardbusinessonline.hbsp.harvard.edu/ Alternatively your faculty can register with HBS website (Under educator category) and download "Do not copy" versions of case studies for their personal usage.
