ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATIONAL: (i) Master’s degree of a recognized university or equivalent; (ii) Master’s degree in Library Science of a recognized university/institute or equivalent. (B) EXPERIENCE: Twelve years working experience in a recognized Library including experience in administration. NOTE-I: The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the for reasons Union Public Service Commission to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
