If Universities deny part time research and belittle Open University degrees and part-time degrees, we could lose several real professionals in our field. Such draconian laws by Universities make us doubt that we are still in the Stone Age. The real life story of Dr. Konnur from library attender to University Librarian is more motivating than 1000s of motivational literature and a blast to the dark forces which deny the right of knowledge seekers.
