INFLIBNET databases
We are unable to access Books, Serials, Thesis, etc. databases provided on the INFLIBNET web site. Can somebody thrown light on this. This has been the situation for the past several days. T.V. I too experienced simliar problems. Their staff members informed that they are changing the server and the software and would be up soon. Dear Friends, I am developing an union catalogue of journal holdings of some selected libraries with MYSQL as an RDBMS. In this connection, I would like to know if any one has done similar work using any RDBMS.
