College too) Engineering Village ACM Digital Library You can also create an Elibrary with FindArticles, Ingenta & links to Enggg journals & buy ecopies of requested articles by paying per view, instead of annual subscriptions. You can for a Library Committee of Senior students & volunteer faculty to do selections regularly.
