Whereas it brings to notice the fact that the LIS professionals in India have almost the same kind of information seeking behavior as their peers in other nations of the world, it also brings to attention that the library professionals are wonderfully alert and active in our country. Future similar studies may perhaps take into account: 1.Length of thread of topics 2.Intensity of discussion in terms of period (say x messages in y days)

1 will indicate what type of topics draw interest 2 will indicate topicality (congratulations / condolence / examination)
