The enduring legacy of the JRD Tata Memorial Library *Connect,* June 2025 ....Given the rising subscription costs, a survey was carried out in 2006 to identify which foreign journals were of least value to the faculty members at IISc. It was decided to retain journals with a high impact factor, journals in which articles by IISc faculty members had published, and journals where faculty publications were cited.
