Date: Fri, 30 Jan 2004 04:56:48 -0800 (PST) From: Dr.P.V.Konnur ORIENTIATION COURSE ON IT FOR LIBRARIANS IN GOA UNIVERSITY, GOA This is to inform all the members of the LIS Forum that, Goa University Library in collaboration with Academic Staff College Goa University, Goa is organising one month Orientation Course for College Librarians and Teachers and Assistant/Deputy Librarians in Universities from 21st February 04 to 19th March 2004. The training will be totally practical based and all the components of the library automation and digitization are covered (Scheduled Time Table enclosed). The selection will be on all India base. The selected participants will be paid 2nd AC up and down Rail fare and DA for one month or local hospitality including accommodation.
