The databases could have the alert feature means as & when any publisher update their website, immediately the alert service inform their client libraries. In regard of exchange rate, I think the GOC rate is ok but Good offices Committee also should change their system and try to update themselves with help and associate with the Banks, Libraries Associations and other relevant societies.
