Division: Technical Services Division (TSD) HLFPPT Remuneration: The gross salary package in the scale of pay will be in the range of INR 3 to 4 lakh per annum. Two year contractual and will be renewed on the basis of annual performance. Qualification: Bachelor/ Masters in degree in library science with additional Certificate course on “Managing information in digital age”, training on “library software like Greenstone, D Space, LIBSYS and Knowledge Management. Diploma in computer programme and computer skills on DTP, Carol draw, Photoshop, page maker is desirable Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as Librarian & Knowledge Management in recognized institutes. He/She should be familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programme and establishing effective partnerships within and outside the learning centers and resource centers. Functional Area: Managing resource, update website & intranet, knowledge management · Key responsibilities include: 1. Identify and collection of resources, update the resource in the master list 2. Promote knowledge sharing by using innovation and new IT technologies. 3. Strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization 4. He/She maintain the central repository of all communication (IEC/BCC) materials, proposals, reports from the organization. 5. Document the project, divisional information and reports Languages: English compulsory, other regional language like Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Bengali is desirable.
