Dear All, Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (TKDL) project of NISCAIR is planning for a free electronic encycopedia, as an effort to tackle 'biopiracy'. The encylopedia comprising of 30 million pages will be made available at the public domain next year. Dear Dr Saji Nair:
Thanks for this posting. Both NISCAIR and CSIR deserve to be congratulated
on this positive step. I hope their next step will be to make all their
scientific journals (as well as Wealth of India) open access, as both IASc
and INSA have done long ago.
