Dear All, Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (TKDL) project of NISCAIR is planning for a free electronic encycopedia, as an effort to tackle 'biopiracy'. The encylopedia comprising of 30 million pages will be made available at the public domain next year. Thanks for this posting. Both NISCAIR and CSIR deserve to be congratulated
on this positive step. I hope their next step will be to make all their
scientific journals (as well as Wealth of India) open access, as both IASc
and INSA have done long ago.
