Dear Members, Census of India has released their new website starting from Sept, 2007. The new site provides comprehensive data up to State level free of cost for registered members. Registration is free for every one. The comprehensive district and village data is not available from the website, it needs to be purchased from Census offices. More than that the site is also available in few foreign languages viz French, German, Italian, Portugese and few more languages are in beta mode.
