Dear Mr Jha, You may find Picasa Photo Organisor at www.picasa.com useful for indexing and searching image/photo collections. It is free. Google uses it for indexing images. If you download and use it I would extensively, Iwould like to benefit by your feedback. I used it some months ago. It searches and indexes all images in all local drives/folders that are specified. As my collection is not picture specific I did not use it much.
