Dear Dr. Francis I has been heartwarming to know that you are retiring from a dedicated 30+ years of service to LIS profession.  I have been in association with you since your NCSI days and it has been very warm and affectionate.  I have maintained all 'Forum' messages since its beginning and not deleted a single on  Your service to lis forum is unmatched and highly commendable. I have been a subscriber to it since its inception and has been greatly benefited. You had kept is alive despite all odds and communicated well when the service was interrupted due to your personal health reasons otherwise we have been looking forward to its continuity and felt joyous when it go resumed.  We are very grateful to you for this yeomen  service you have rendered as its moderator with sincerity and unmatched integrity. On behalf all LIS fraternity I wish you a happy and healthy retired life yet I am sure you would continued to serve the community with your professional expertise. Thanks again with high regards.
