Just Imagine a person coming from North East or J&K taking all the pain to attend a interview in far places like South India or west India where the the result is already pre decided. I would like to share an recent experience of my friend who is working librarian in a Engg. College in North East. He went to attend an interview for the post Librarian in a National Level Sc & Tech. (Govt. of India) Institute where no TA/DA was paid to him. It took him 3 days to reach the interview place. The funniest part of the interview is that all the question that were asked to him were related to Achieves & Archival Management even when my friend clarified that he don't deal with the things & don't have the a fare idea about the subject related Archival Management . Still all the questions that were asked to him were related to Archival Management when that particular Instirute is not dealing with Archival Management . Later, he came to know that that the person from same Institute got the post. Then he came know why those Questions were asked. Is there any solution to that?
