You are requested to submit an electronic copy of the full-length paper in English at nhcelibrary2@newhorizonindia.edu on or before November 15, 2015.   The papers should be based on research surveys, case stud les or action plans between 2500-3000 words In length including tables, diagrams, eta Ted should be printed in limes New Roman with font sae 12, typed in 1.5 spaces, A4 paper with standard margins (2.54 an in all four sides). Also, each paper should contain an abstract, up to maximum Eight keywords, body of the paper, conclusion and references. The paper should also contain the author(s) name, title, organization, address, telephone, and E-mail address. All references should be presented according to the APA Style only.
