Patil, Librarian & Head Department of Library and Information Science (2009)   A panel of eminent LIS professionals will select a suitable candidate among the nominations/applications received strictly based on the criteria fixed for the award.   The selected person will be paid TA (shortest route by AC III Tier ) to receive the award in person.      2. AutoLib-Tamilnadu-Best Librarian Award 3. AutoLib-Tamilnadu-Best Young Librarian Award (below 40 years) 4. A.N.Marappan Memorial National Best Young Librarian Award (National Level     award) 5. Best Paper Award for LIS Students (for the Best paper to be presented in SALIS 2011 Conference) 6.
