IFLA Action for Development through Libraries Programme (ALP) invites applications for small projects for 2011. ALP supports projects in training and development with an emphasis on capacity building and train-the-trainer or cascading delivery. There is a preference for projects based on IFLA's training packages and that build sustainability and capability in local library communities in developing countries or emerging economies around the world Applications should be submitted to the relevant regional office and ALP by 1 October 2010.
