Dear Mr Ahraf, An easy to read hadbook on copyrght is available at http://copyright.gov.in/handbook.htm The bare act is there at http://education.nic.in/CprAct.pdf The copyright comes into operation only when any copying or digitization affects prejudicially the trade or commercial interest of the owner of copyright.The fair use principle of the Indian Copyright Act doesn't prevent anyone from copying the documents for education, research or knowledge enhancement, unless it affects the trade or commercial interest of the copyright owner.
