Dear Colleagues, While we know that GST is levied on all online publications via agents, I am still not clear if : 1. There is any GST if we purchase online journals/databases from Publishers who do not have offices in India ? Is there any clear directive from the government clarifying this ? 2. For hard copy publications from Indian scientific societies, is a GSTIN required from the society/academy ? Any clarification further or any help will be highly appreciated.
