The award to be given during Library Technology Conclave - LTC2019 organised at Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin during 23-25 Jan 2019. The nominations received will be evaluated based on the procedures and criteria by 5 member jury including Chris Cormack Original developer of Koha. Irrespective of whether implementation is an in house or through 3rd party service, all Indian Libraries using Koha are eligible to send their nominations.
