Dear all Most of the times it has been observed while availing library services like automation, digitisation, online resources, etc. We never bother about availability of LIS manpower in firms because of which Libraries face many problem after availing services. Therefore i suggest to put some terms and condition while availing the services and give priority to those firms who is having good number of LIS professionals.
