The award was presented by Mr.Marzouk (Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia) and Mr.Woldemarian (Ambassador of the Republic of Eritrea) at the World Management Congress. It is important to mention here that this Library is an ISO 9001:2000/2008 Certifiedsince longand was rated as one of the best automated library during one of the NATP/ICAR Workshops during 2003.
