Last year focus energy limited Mahipalpur had called me for interview with some other candidates.The way they had conducted interview was really horrible and even the higher authority was interviewing us with hr,mechanics and other professionals together in a room. They were not followed interview ethics and standards. As they are called us for the post of librarian they must understand that its not a clerical post and a librarian is not their slave or subordinate. The manager who was interviewing did not know how to speak and behave with the candidates. Last they were only offering very nominal salary say 8000 or less for the post. So it is my humble submission to all the professionals please bring this type of issue into public forum and ban those organisations I think librarians are responsible for degrading their self respect and dignity by compromising their quality with low minimum salaries and standards. SO I REQUEST ALL OF YOU TO REJECT THIS ORGANISATION AND NEVER GO TO ATTEND INTERVIEW THERE THIS TIME AND IN FUTURE . THIS IS COMPLETE WASTAGE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE THE FARM HOUSE WHERE WE SUPPOSE TO WORK IS IN INTERIOR AREA AND NO PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION LIKE AUTO TAXI ALSO HESITATE TO GO THERE.LAST TIME I HAD FACED THIS PROBLEM .
