You may also apply to IISC for apprenticeship or you may request librarian at IIMB to work as a honorary worker if time permits to you. And you can visit some of the educational institutions or companies like wipro, Infosys , IBM , ..... which are having the library and discuss and then implement the necessary steps which are suitable for your library.
