The University Grants Commission (UGC) is soon going to bring about a Students' Entitlement Regulation, which will allow a student to know his/ her specific academic rights and entitlements. "The student must have complete knowledge about his rights relating to learning, living environment, physical activities, entertainment, sports facilities.
