I encourage LIS professionals to see these videos. Prof. Balaram talk on “Eugene Garfield and His Impact on Science and Scientists” was one of the remarkable speech that I came across recently. It was really scintillating. That day I was in Bengaluru and had the opportunity to attend this event. After the event I thought that I was blessed to witness such a good program. There were very few audience but two speakers David A. Pendlebury and Prof. P. Balaram spoke so eloquently about "Eugene Garfield and Scientometrics". David A. Pendlebury shared his personal association with Dr. Eugene Garfield. Now these videos are made public. This videos are must watch for those interested in citation analysis and the man behind this Dr. Eugene Garfield.
