Venkat has over 20 years of experience creating software for clients including Microsoft, Vodafone, Farmers Insurance, Tata Motors, Yahoo & Expedia. He is a Microsoft Regional Director, a honorary title, from 1999 till date. He is founder of Vishwak Solutions, a technology firm in Chennai & Seattle from 1997. He has a U.S. Patent pending for a prediction based mobile app he had designed. A regular blogger with over 2000 posts and several thousand visitors every month. Venkat is passionate about Tamil language computing and as former Chairman of international forum for Information Technology in Tamil (INFITT), California he conducted the Tamil Internet Conference 2010 in Coimbatore for Tamil Nadu government.
