Dear all, I would like to know whether the scheme of carrer advamcement is applicable for the post of Information Scientst. This post is considered as a non-vacational academic staff on par with university assistant librarian or college librarian, its basic pay is 8000-13500. However guidelines about carrer advancement are not available till now to the post of Information Scientst. Will anybody help me and clarify the matter.
