Dear Sir/Madam, This is a very interesting study to understand the professional participation through a discussion forum. I happened to come across another article on LIS Forum recently. The title of the article is "Community Participation in LIS Forum: A Survey" authored by Anish G. and Vimal Kumar V., of Kerala.
