We have a long way to go in India in adopting Open Science practices. Even the postprint servers we have (CSIR Central, Science Central, etc.) are not functioning well, and many researchers are flouting the funders' OA smandate with impunity. I wonder if CSIR, DBT, and DST monitor the compliance of their OA mandates at all. Regards.
