Among the data fields needed I wish to emphasize that Email inclusion is a must. Nowadays correspondence via snail mail is costly and time consuming. All said and not done, to begin with, is there any one person ready to accept whatever details/data I have collected so far? --> I would send the data to him/her for further consolidation.
