With reference to the subject Ihave a query whether a paper presented in absentia in an International Conference having published the proceedings with the ISBN no. can be directed to any other JOURNAL???? Does it has an impact of duplication??? I mean same paper published in a conference proceedings with ISBN number and that same paper is also being published in a JOURNAL?? Is it possible?? If YES then what is the PROCEDURE for doing the same??? Please reply at the earliest!!!
