For this you shall try to initiate a series of seminars and conferences focusing on the importance of the use of public libraries in overall, continuing and imparting non-formal education. Nowadays the public libraries are seen as IT Kiosks and ways and means for implementing e-governance. All these have to reach the public first and then the government authorities concerned.
