Dear Friends, Now the decision on NET exemption for the M.Phil or Ph.D holders has been taken.This is not a right move by the Balchandra Mungekar Committee.It has been decided that the Ph.D and M.Phil is equilant to the NET and can apply for the teaching in the Universities and colleges. In my openion, it is very difficult to revert the decision about net. but UGC needs to change selection parameter so entrance test would not be so easy to get register for the Ph.D. Research guide should have minimum 5 years teaching and research experience to guide the newly registered candidates.
