Dear Friends, The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) had closed 3 of the 10 regional libraries and two libraries at the agency's Washington headquarters because of limited public use and resources being available online. This closings prompted criticism from lawmakers. Now EPA plans to reopen five closed libraries to the public by this september 30. These libraries house scientific documents on health and the environment and are used by both agency employees and the public. More details could be obtained in http://www.chron.com.
