TERI is organizing ICDL 2013 (International Conference on Digital Libraries) during 27–29 November 2013 at India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The conference would be inaugurated by Hon'ble VICE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. The major objectives of this mega event are: • To bridge the digital divide between developed and developing countries • To create a platform through capacity building on Digital Library, Knowledge Management and applications of Social Media ICDL 2013 is also expecting an august gathering of over 500 participants drawn from cross-disciplinary areas etc. We have received confirmations from several renowned international experts for participating in the deliberations.
