This mail is in continuation of my earlier posting of announcing National
Seminar on �Scientometric Indicators for Research Assessment� on 29th-30th
March 2013 at SDM CET Dharwad. Due to some reasons the conference has been
rescheduled and the details of the same is appended below.
SECOND NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON �SCIENTOMETRIC AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT�
20th-21st April 2013 at �MANASOLLAS AUDITORIUM, New Guest House� Karnatak
University, Dharwad.
It is also proposed to felicitate Prof. S. L. Sangam on his superannuation
on the first day of the seminar.

CALL FOR PAPERS:
Contributors can send their research papers on any of the sub-themes or any
other theme relevant to the main theme of the Seminar. Papers should be
sent to: bankapur@rediffmail.com and kiranpsavanur@gmail.com on or before
31st March 2013. Papers submitted should compulsorily accompanied by the
registration fees.
GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION:
Papers will be considered for publication and/or presentation provided they
are submitted according to the guidelines for paper submission.The paper
should be adhered to the following guidelines:
Papers should be typed in MS Word and texts should be typed in �Cambria�
with font size 12 and double-spaced. Headings and subheadings must be in
bold font, justified left side.
Title should be followed by name, affiliation and address of the author(s)
An abstract not more than 250 words should be supplied with the paper. Four
to five keywords must be given after the abstract. Size of the paper to be
kept within 5000 words.
All papers must be accompanied by one passport size colour photograph with
a brief CV of author(s). Tables and graphs should be clearly labelled (e.g.
Table-1, Figure-1) The references should be provided in accordance with APA
style.

Working Professionals : Rs. 1000/-
Research scholars and Students : Rs. 500/-
