Dear friends, Greetings After the successful completion of the 1st batch of the above program for the CS &I T faculty of the members of CSI, ACM and IEEE CS/IEEE, we are pleased to announce the 2nd batch to meet the overwhelming response to get enrolled. As the meeting capacity is limited to 250, we had to close the registrations within a few days of opening it for the 1st batch. Now, the registration for the 2nd batch is open to faculty members of any discipline. The membership in CSI, ACM and IEEE/IEEE CS is also made optional. Non members, while registering, please select the option "Others" for membership and leave the Membership Number blank. About the program =============== Many educational institutions are increasingly switching to online learning delivery as it is important to offer students online classes, which could go beyond periods of confinement. Three leading Computer Societies -- CSI, ACM & IEEE CS in collaboration with Classle SKILLNET announces ‘Certified Virtual Classroom Teacher’ certification program the Teachers with an objective of enabling them to deliver their best through Virtual Classrooms. The program comprises of two mandatory phases of 1.5 hours each and a third optional phase as mentioned here: Phase 1: Introduction and Overview on Teaching a Virtual Classroom (Mandatory Online Session) Phase 2: Mastering Virtual Classroom Delivery (Mandatory Online Session) Phase 3: Hands-on Delivery Session (Optional & Offline) Interested faculty members may please enroll at https://forms.gle/71YE8C8BkUqKtWME6 After a review of the enrollments, participants will be confirmed of their registration. Only confirmed participants will be informed about the meeting credentials to attend the online sessions of 1.5 hours each to be held on two days. Based on the performance in the quizzes during the sessions and the online test at the end of the 2nd phase, a joint course completion certificate will be provided.
