I am serving at nalanda in Bihar famous for ancient library shrine.,thats why self learning centres , "Library". is heart of academic institution.we r in information era, Library at root level ,primary,secondary, senior secondary, needs attractive infrastructure, uniform modern furniture & fixture.Tech, automation needs training & updated staff.staffing needs rethinking like in +2 institution 03 staff must be appointed.facilities for weeding/ preservation guidelines. Librarians should never be penalized for book lost by the users. Implement " makers place" with 3 D printers with additional space, smart room facility must be in Library. Uninterrupted power supply with AC ,modern visiters corner, career counselling corner will promote ornamental look,for users.internet with high speed.last but not the list Librarian+ users+ books/ ICT when integrate produce enormous mental energy to except any challenge.
