AI powered Scholar search
Dear Moderator, Requesting to post this message on LIS-Forum please. Thanks, Satish ------------------ Dear all, Scholar Lab is an AI powered search platform, first analyzes the prompt question to identify the key topics, concepts, and relationships involved. It then searches Google Scholar for each of these elements and evaluates the results to determine which papers best match and address the overall research query. For every relevant paper, it provides a concise explanation of how the work answers or contributes to the prompt question. https://scholar.google.com/scholar_labs/search Dr. Satish Munnolli -------------------------------------------------- Librarian & OIC - SCoPE Cell, Photography Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research & Education in Cancer (ACTREC) Tata Memorial Centre, Sector 22, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210 Ph: 022-27405026 / 68735026 Mail: smunnolli@actrec.gov.in
Dear LIS Professionals, We are inviting you to take part in this study as an early career Library and Information Science (LIS) professional. This research project is designed to develop and validate an international professional identity scale for LIS professionals. If you are in your first 10 years of your professional practice in LIS field following your latest degree (undergraduate or higher) in LIS, we would like you to take the survey. We recognize that the name of academic programs in LIS may vary across countries - for example, Information Science and Knowledge Studies, Information Management, or Documentation Sciences. Therefore, you can take part in this study, even if your academic program had a different name. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to participate in a drawing for an American Library Association (ALA) Membership for one year. Two (2) participants will be randomly selected. The chance of winning is about 1 in 500. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and will close on December 1, 2025. Follow this link to the Survey: https://go.uncg.edu/intscale We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the study. You may contact Dr. Oguz at f_oguz@uncg.edu or Dr. Gala at bhakti.gala@cug.ac.in I request you to kinldy share this survey among the your colleagues and known LIS professionals.
