No 184/2004 The Institute of Mathematical Sciences has fully computerized Library, catering to the needs of Scientists doing research in Fundamental Sciences such as Mathematics, Theoretical Physics and Theoretical Computer Science. It subscribes to more than 300 reputed International / National Journals in these areas. Online edition of several of these journals are also available. Plans are on to convert this into a complete Digital Library. Applications are invited for the post of a Trainee in the Library at the Institute. The applicant should be a fresh graduate/ post graduate with minimum first class in Library Science, well versed in Computer application in Library Science. Duration of Training is for a period of one year with no guarantee of continued employment, carrying a stipend of Rs. 4000/- per month with no other facilities / benefits, as applicable to regular employees, excepting casual leave.
